This week is Children’s Mental Health Week, and we had a fantastic session focused on positive mental well-being!

Our young people took part in a Connect Tree activity, where they wrote down the friends and trusted adults they can count on – reminding them that support networks are key to good mental health.
We also got active with football and dodgeball in the hall

And for those feeling creative, we had arts and crafts on offer, giving young people a chance to express themselves in a relaxed and supportive space.
A big well done to everyone who took part! Remember – you are never alone, and there are always people who care about you.
